Postcard Swap with Beaconsfield MQG

- 1 min read

We're excited to highlight another opportunity for you to be creative within your quilting practice. Our guild is partnering with the Beaconsfield Modern Quilt Guild to exchange quilted postcards. Because postcards are on a small scale, they're a great way of isolating a technique, either one that's familiar to you or one that you'd like to pursue. Consider techniques like improvisational piecing, foundation paper piecing or maybe finally tackling designing in EQ8 as part of your postcard journey. Sign-up has been emailed to members.

Registration for the postcard swap is open until March 14th, with the sending deadline being May 15th. Please note that not all members of the Beaconsfield MQG are located in Canada, and you may be asked to send internationally. If you need extra help, Carole will be focusing on postcards at the March 28th sew day, and there is still space to participate. Sign-up has been emailed to members.
