Explore the world of Improv Quilting with confidence.

This workshop is crafted for quilters who are intrigued by the idea of improv quilting but prefer a more structured approach. If you love the concept of improvisation but shy away from its typically unplanned nature, this is the perfect opportunity to dip your toes into the world of improv in a controlled, manageable way. Using a predetermined layout and traditional quilt blocks, you’ll work within a defined framework while still embracing a touch of spontaneity. Create unique blocks with a limited color palette and experience the fun of assembling your quilt without the stress of complete unpredictability. This workshop offers a safe, structured introduction to improv quilting, allowing you to enjoy creative exploration without the anxiety and decision overwhelm.

  • Includes a half hour lunch break.

  • You will be emailed a handout with fabric requirements and other materials needed.

  • There is no pre cutting required.

  • Pattern will be sent closer to the workshop date. Don't start the project before the workshop!
