The days are beginning to brighten up, and there are early signs of spring poking through. Although we are in Calgary, so there's sure to be at least one more blast of winter and some good sewing weather before the seasons turn.
This month, we're welcoming Rhonda Pierce from Schmetz Sewing Machine Needles. If you're like me, and just grab the nearest needle and leave it in your machine until bad things happen, you'll definitely want to have Rhonda's tips, tricks and expertise.

For show and tell, we'd love to see makes from David Owens Hasting's workshop and MQG mini-swaps in addition to seeing pictures of finished quilts, pieced tops, things you've been working on or other fiber focused accomplishments.
We're also previewing our March AGM, where we'll set a new executive for 2022-2023. All of the programming that the guild provides, from our monthly speakers and presentations, classes, sew days, and organizing of guild projects is all done by volunteers. As our guild grows and prepares to return to in-person meetings, we'd love to have more help.
